Busy working day today... Good productive day.
WHAT I ATE TODAY:
1. 4 slices of high-fibre bread and alfalfa sprouts (Yum)
2. pasta and mixed veg for lunch with chocolate UHT milk (at ericsson)
Ok, be heading home soon. Great news that Monday will be a public holiday. Can get more sleep. Got to pay back for 2 years of lack of sleep. Ha ha. Aiming to get at least 8 hours per day.
Thats basically today. Full day at work, going home for a nice home cooked dinner with family.
